Dashboard Overview
Accessing the E&O/Cyber Dashboard
- Navigate to the E&O and Cyber section
- Start with the dashboard for an aggregated view
- Review high-level compliance metrics
Understanding Dashboard Metrics
The dashboard displays:
- Active Policies: Currently valid coverage
- Expired Policies: Requiring immediate attention
- Unassigned Policies: Not yet linked to agencies
- Assigned Policies: Properly associated with agencies
- Numerical Breakdowns: Specific counts for each category
This overview helps you quickly assess your overall compliance position.
Agency View
Filtering by Policy Status
Navigate to the agency view to see:

Agencies with Assigned Policies
- E&O coverage status
- Cyber coverage status
- Both policy types visible

- Policies uploaded but not linked
- Requires manual assignment

Policy Management
Viewing All Policies
- Click on the Policies tab
- See all policies in the system
- View assignment status for each
Policy Details Include
- Extraction Status: Whether data was successfully pulled
- Policy Type: E&O, Cyber, or other
- Assignment Status: Assigned or unassigned
- Coverage Information: Limits and terms
- Expiration Dates: For renewal tracking
Editing Policy Information
If corrections are needed:
- Click on the policy record
- Select Edit to modify details
- Update any incorrect information
- Save changes
Note: The AI extraction is generally accurate, but occasional corrections may be needed.
Viewing Policy Documents
- Click the View button to see the actual policy
- Review full policy details
- Verify extracted information
- Download if needed
Managing Unassigned Policies
Assigning Policies to Agencies
- Locate unassigned policies
- Click to open the policy
- Select the appropriate agency
- Confirm the assignment
- Policy now appears under that agency
Uploading Replacement Documents
When agencies send updated policies:
- Navigate to the agency or policy
- Click Upload New Document
- Select the updated file
- System processes the new document
- Updates expiration tracking automatically
Automation Settings
Configuring Business Rules
Access automation settings through:
- Navigate to Business Rules
- Configure key parameters:
- Aggregate Coverage Levels: Set minimum requirements
- Policy Grace Period: Days before expiration to start outreach
- Automated Policy Retrieval: Enable/disable automatic requests
Agency-Specific Overrides
Customize automation per agency:
- Go to the specific agency profile
- Access automation settings
- Override global rules if needed
- Example: Disable automated retrieval for specific agencies
Actions and Notifications
Monitoring Automated Actions
The Actions tab shows:
- Pending policy retrievals
- Scheduled email reminders
- Completed automated tasks
- Failed actions requiring attention
Email Tracking
View automated communications:
- Emails sent for expiring policies
- Reminder sequences
- Response tracking
- Delivery status
Note: Emails only send to valid addresses; test accounts won't receive actual emails.
Managing Expiring Policies
Identifying Policies Expiring Soon
- Use filters to show "Expiring Soon"
- Review the list of affected agencies
- Check if automated emails are scheduled
- Take manual action if needed
Grace Period Management
Based on your settings:
- System identifies expiring policies
- Begins outreach at configured intervals
- Sends multiple reminders
- Escalates if no response
