Turris's reporting features provide powerful tools to extract, analyze, and share your data.

Accessing Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in your Turris dashboard
  2. You'll see a list of available reports
  3. Reports are continuously being added based on user needs

Available Report Types

Common Pre-Built Reports

Agency List Report

  • Complete list of all agencies
  • Includes all stored agency information
  • Useful for quick reference and audits

Missing Document Report

  • Shows all required documents
  • Identifies what's missing per agency
  • Displays entity creation dates
  • Helps prioritize compliance efforts

Additional Standard Reports

  • More common reports are being added regularly
  • Based on typical user needs
  • Cover various aspects of agency management

Running a Report

Step 1: Select Your Report

  1. Choose from the available report list
  2. Click on the report name
  3. Report parameters may appear (depending on report type)

Step 2: Generate the Report

  1. Click Run Report
  2. Wait for processing (usually quick)
  3. Report displays on screen
  4. Review the data presented

Step 3: Export Options

Download your report in multiple formats:

  • View on Screen: For quick review
  • Download CSV: For Excel analysis
  • Other Formats: May be available based on report type
