Viewing Agency and Agent Information After Onboarding
Once an agency completes onboarding, all their information becomes available in a centralized location. This guide shows you how to access and navigate the comprehensive agency data collected during onboarding.

Tracking Onboarding Progress
After sending an invitation:
- Monitor progress through each onboarding step
- See real-time updates as agencies complete sections
- View completion status
- Access all collected data once finished
Automation Note: If you have automated compliance authorization enabled, agencies and agents are automatically approved upon completion. Without automation, manual review is required.
Accessing Agency Information
Navigate to Agency Overview
- Go to the Agencies tab
- Click on any agency name
- Access their complete profile

- Bulk uploaded agencies
- Internally added agencies

Firmographic Data:
- Company information

- Other demographic details provided during onboarding

View all assigned roles and contacts:
- Administrative contacts

- Total agents submitted

License Overview
Multiple viewing options:
- By Product: See which states are licensed for each product
- By License Type: View license categories and coverage
- Visual Maps: Hover over states to see specific details
Strategic Use: Identify expansion opportunities by seeing where agencies are licensed but not yet selling.

- Current appointments by carrier

Authority Management
Setting Authority Status
Control agency selling ability:
- Navigate to Authority Status section
- Options include:
- Approved: Full selling authority
- Declined: No selling authority
- State-Specific: Limit authority to certain states
- Product-Specific: Limit to certain products
